LEGO® City 60287 – Tractor

We waited with this entry until spring because how to present a tractor in the snow… This year at least in our country spring was delayed, so this entry had to wait until May… I remember in January 2021, this set from the City series aroused the greatest interest in the circles of people who know about Lego®. Is the 60287 set (simply called a Tractor) worth the hype and is it worth buying?

First, it is a set perfectly balanced visually. Nothing is exaggerated in either direction-despite the huge wheels does not look like an inflated monster truck, both from the side and from the back everything fits together. It also aroused interest because for a long time in the City series there was nothing agricultural. And at the same time in the design of this model you can see the elements that herald that this will not be the last agricultural construction in the near future. There is a place to attach the trailer, there are new blocks imitating hay cubes (which, incidentally, very neatly came out).

Great are tread tires, which really in such a cheap set are a huge plus. The movable frame of the bulldozer is ideal for fun. Everything in this vehicle seems to be in place and there are so many details (such as the ladder leading to the cabin) that there really is nothing to complain about. This is a very decent set for little money.

Minifigures are two and also do not differ in quality from the rest of the set. The farmer has a new torso in a short shirt and green gardening gloves. His daughter on short, motionless legs has a cute hairstyle. And there is a sweet bunny and a packet of vegetables (carrots, pumpkin and apple).

And we have a whole set, which if you do not already have it, is definitely worth buying. Let’s hope that Lego® will soon release an entire sub-series devoted to agriculture.
